Tradia Hotel S.L.U. (Company Tax Number B54211834) and Suitopia Hotel S.L. (Company Tax Number B54929138), both with social address in C/ Benidorm, 1 – 03710 Calpe (Alicante) agree to comply with the current legislation concerning the Processing of Personal Data by automated means,  in particular the Spanish Organic Law 15/99 on the Protection of Personal information of 13th  December (hereinafter LPD). The following privacy policy Tradia Hotel S.L.U. and Suitopia Hotel S.L. inform their clients of the following points:

Tradia Hotel S.L.U. and Suitopia Hotel S.L. with the purpose of carrying out the services offered, through www.granhotelsolymar.com, as well as offering personalized products and services, thus improving the commercial relationship, and managing the requests made by our clients, will treat their clients’ personal information in an automated manner and respect the purposes specified above.

Tradia Hotel S.L.U. and Suitopia Hotel S.L. guarantee their responsibility for files and state that they are duly declared and registered in the Spanish Registro General de la Agencia de Protección de Datos, being the data base available in the following website (http://www.agpd.es)

1.2. Book on-line

By completing the Online Booking form, each guest agrees with, and authorizes Tradia Hotel S.L.U. and Suitopia Hotel S.L. to use and treat by automated means the personal data supplied, in order to proceed with the requested booking and to carry out a personalized offer of products and services and to improve and enhance the commercial relationship with our clients.  As well as, to transfer this data to the companies forming Tradia Hotel S.L.U, Suitopia Hotel S.L., and associated with the following sectors: tourism, leisure, restaurant industry, hotels, travel agencies, aviation, car rental, in addition to the timeshare properties, both inside and outside of Spain, for the aforementioned purposes. The client who makes a booking is also advised that his/her personal data and booking details will be transferred to the companies that intervene in the arrangement of the booking and/or travel, regardless of the country in which these companies are situated. It being possible to transfer internationally the data, with the exclusive purpose of managing the reservation and guarantee the execution of the same

1.3. Booking conditions, services and cancellations.

Tradia Hotel S.L.U. and Suitopia Hotel S.L. reserve the right to change the opening hours of any facility of the resort for operating or production reasons.

Bookings are protected by the provisions of the Spanish Royal Decree on the bookings and prices in tourist establishments in the Valencian Community of 11 February 19/1997 (at your disposal on www.docv.gva.es/portal/ficha_disposicion_pc.jsp?sig=0406/1997&L=1), with the exception of that which has been accepted in this document, in accordance with the stipulated agreement to the reduction of any cancellation fees incurred.  Cancellation will incur the following fees:

APARTAMENTOS DEL MAR (between the 1st of May and the 31st of October)

  • Cancellations made between 21 and 15 days prior to the date of arrival will incur a charge of a 2 night accommodation fee.
  • Cancellations made between 14 and 7 days prior to the date of arrival will incur a charge of a 3 night accommodation fee.
  • Cancellations made between 7 and 1 days prior to the arrival will incur a charge of a 4 night accommodation fee.

APARTAMENTOS DEL MAR (between the 1st of November and the 30th of April)

  • Cancellations made between 15 and 7 days prior to the date of arrival will incur a charge of a 3 night accommodation fee.
  • Cancellations made between 6 and 1 days prior to the date of arrival will incur a charge of a 5 night accommodation fee.
  • No-show in the Hotel will incur a charge of a 7 night accommodation fee as maximum.

GRAN HOTEL SOL Y MAR

  • Cancellations made between 5 and 2 days prior to the arrival will incur a charge of a 1 night accommodation fee.
  • Cancellations made the day prior to the arrival will incur a charge of a 2 night accommodation fee.
  • No-show in the Hotel will incur a charge of a 3 night accommodation fee.

SUITOPIA SOL Y MAR SUITES HOTEL

  • Cancellations made between 5 and 2 days prior to the arrival will incur a charge of a 1 night accommodation fee.
  • Cancellations made the day prior to the arrival will incur a charge of a 2 night accommodation fee.
  • No-show in the Hotel will incur a charge of a 3 night accommodation fee.

SUITOPIA SOL Y MAR SUITES HOTEL “APARTMENT CONCEPT”

  • Cancellations made between 15 and 7 days prior to the date of arrival will incur a charge of a 3 night accommodation fee.
  • Cancellations made between 6 and 1 days prior to the date of arrival will incur a charge of a 5 night accommodation fee.
  • No-show in the Hotel will incur a charge of a 7 night accommodation fee as maximum.

If malfunction and/or technical breakdown of the web occur, resulting in erroneous information about prices or availability being provided, the Hotel reserves the right to decline the reservation, the client being informed within a period of 96 hours.

Best price guaranteed protection will be applied to the general prices of sale, not to eventual agreements between companies thanks to special conditions between groups outside the hotel chain.

1.4. Register in the distribution list Offers and Promotions

Tradia Hotel S.L.U. and Suitopia Hotel S.L. informs you that your email will be registered in an automated file (distribution list) in order to supply you, by email, information about our latest news and special offers

2.- Confidentiality

Tradia S.L.U. and Suitopia Hotel, S.L. guarantee that your personal data will be treated in confidence and not be shared with any third party. This excludes those parties already agreed to in this document.

Tradia Hotel S.L.U. and Suitopia Hotel S.L. guarantee that your personal data will be confidentially processed, and that the server where it is stored and processed will comply with the security measures established by the Spanish law on data protection.

Other Conditions Sol y Mar Hoteles:

On arrival at the hotel and the presentation of the invoice, the total amount must be paid. The client is asked to present his/her credit card as a guarantee and, a maximum credit of €500 for extra expenses will be available.  Bookings for full board include lunch on the first day and breakfast on the last day; if on the day of arrival the customer does not take lunch, it is necessary to inform the hotel at the number 96 583 17 62, 24 hours prior to arrival, in order to change this service; Bookings for half board include dinner and breakfast.  Any change in the dinner or lunch services must be made 24 hours before.  The restaurant offers a buffet for breakfast and buffet or menu for lunch and/or dinner (according to the season).  The amount of payment of your reservation will be made on the day of arrival at the hotel, during the check-in.  If you travel with your vehicle, the hotel offers you the possibility of parking a few minutes in  front of the Hotels main entrance, in an authorised area, in order to make it easier to unload your luggage. We also inform you that we have an agreement for our clients with the parking area situated within the same building with direct access to the hotel reception. If you use this service, please do not forget to present your ticket at the reception desk before collecting your vehicle from the parking, in order to have it stamped.

Gran Hotel Sol y Mar:

For booking of Wellness, Gastronomy and Latin Packages (that include a SPA session), it is compulsory to book the SPA session in advance on the telephone number 96 583 51 40.  Do not forget to book your lunch in advance in the Gastronomy Packages at the number 96 587 50 55.

 Apartamentos del Mar:

The cleaning service of the apartment is not included. 

Suitopia Apartment Concept:

For booking of Wellness and Gastronomy Packages (that include a SPA session in Thalassian Suitopia Spa), it is compulsory to book the SPA session in advance on the telephone number 865751114. Access for children under 4 years old is prohibited to the Thalasso SPA. For Gastronomy Packages it is compulsory to book your lunch in the gastronomic restaurant Abis prior to your arrival on the number 96 587 50 55.  The use of the kitchen has a supplement.  The cleaning service of the kitchen is not included, independently of the meal option chosen.  Bookings with “Suitopia Apartment Concept” do not include a room cleaning service.  This is a special price for the option “apartment with kitchen for minimum stays of 7 nights”.  Delivery of clean towels and bed linen once a week.  To be changed by the client.
